Emergency Care
If you feel you are facing a life threatening emergency, call 911 immediately!
Non life threatening emergencies can occur and we will do our best to respond quickly. The doctor or registered nurse is available on a 24-hour basis for emergencies by dialing our main phone number. After office hours, our answering service will page the physician on call.
Call our Joliet office immediately at 815.727.4561.
Call our Frankfort office immediately at 815.464.1616.
If you have not received a call back within 30 minutes, go to the Emergency Room or the Labor and Delivery Unit. If you have non-emergent questions, you may leave a voice mail message, call during office hours, or search this web site for answers.
Questions
Feel free to call us if you have any questions regarding your condition, medication or treatment. Our nurses are specially trained to answer your questions or arrange prescription refills. If you need to speak with one of us personally, our staff will inform us and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Appointments
We offer you the convenience of two locations and daytime, evening and Saturday office hours. To best serve you, all of our patients are seen by appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call our office as soon as possible. This courtesy allows us to be of service to other patients. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time, if required.
If you must cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or you will be billed a late cancellation fee.
NOTE: There may be unavoidable times when the doctor is unavailable for your visit, which may necessitate being seen by the RN.
Pharmacy Refills
Please call the office two or three days before you need your medication refilled to assure there are no interruptions in your medication schedule. You may e-mail us for refills also.
Ultrasound
For your convenience, ultrasound testing is available at both offices. Some common gynecological procedures, such as LEEP and colposcopy, are performed in our offices as well.

Insurance
Please let us know which health plan you are affiliated with. Also, let us know if your health insurance coverage changes so will can update our records. We accept most forms of medical insurances including Private, PPO and HMO and Medicare. Please contact our office for further information.
